Resident in Counseling

Accepting New Patients

Evening and Saturday Appointments

Jessica has a Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Counseling from the College of William and Mary.  As a Resident in Counseling, her approach to counseling is based on challenging negative thoughts and behaviors and looking at different ways of changing to a more positive view.

The majority of her clients are teens and adults.  Many of her clients struggle with mood and anxiety disorders, low self-esteem, trauma, self-harm, and grief.  She works closely with victims of Sexual Assault and Abuse and victims of Domestic Violence.  Some of her clients are interesting in better ways to co-parent.

She is accepting new patients and offers day, evening and Saturday appointments.
